Jewish Bloggers III

Following is the next review in my Jewish Bloggers Series:

Hirhurim is written by Rabbi Gil Student, a YU musmach (ordained rabbi) who works in finance. Hirhurim contains his thoughts on Torah and contemporary issues, with a focus on halakha. Topics discussed in the past include: The Slifkin ban, the halakhic issues regarding downloading music from the Internet, and several discussions of Orthodox theology. Hirhurim has great content, for example about women’s issues. He discusses women’s tefillah groups and has a fascinating piece about Jewish scholars who cite a woman as a source of a halakha.

Hirhurim is well-organized, with a complete list of topics on the sidebar. There's also a  selection of links to other Jewish blogs (though so far none by women - hint!). This is a great blog written by a thoughtful and knowlegable person.
